From detoxing our bodies to clearing our skin, giving us energy and making everything work just better, water really is a gift.
We’re here to tell you that you need to drink more. There’s no strict rule on how much water you should drink. Eight to ten glasses is a good start, but if you’re exercising, and it’s hot, you do need to drink more. Our bodies are made up of between 50 and 70 per cent water, so we’ve got to drink it. Some of us struggle to drink our eight to ten glasses as we find drinking water ‘boring’.
So how do we reach for a glass of cool refreshing water and not the fruit juice or soft-drink when we’re thirsty?
There are plenty of ways we can change up our water to encourage us to drink more.
