28 Day Challenge
3 x 45 minute Small Group Training Sessions (maximum of 2 people) per week, and includes access to all Group Fitness Classes, Cardio and Weights equipment. The aim of the 28 Day Challenge is not only to increase your fitness, strength and motivation, but also to educate you so that you feel confident in yourself to perform the exercises correctly and with good form.
12-Month Fundamental Membership
Includes monthly assessments, programs, PT sessions and access to all Group Fitness Classes, Cardio and Weights equipment.
12-Month Basic Membership
Includes access to all Group Fitness Classes, Cardio and Weights equipment.
